Roles & Responsibilities
Position Title: Telesales Agent
Reporting To: Business & Operations Manager
Location: Hor Al Anz, Near Alqyadah Metro Station, Dubai
Position Overview:
Looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Agent to join our call center team. The candidate will be responsible for selling DU telecommunication services over the phone and achieving assigned sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to promote and sell du telecom products such as postpaid, home and value-added services.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable du plans and offers.
· Accurately explain product features, pricing, and terms to customers.
· Handle customer queries professionally and provide correct information.
· Follow du compliance guidelines and company sales policies.
· Coordinate with the team leader for lead follow-ups and performance updates
· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Interviews Dates: 31 December 2025 to 10 January 2026.
Interviews Timing: 11:00 AM- 4:00 PM
