Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients specifically for IT staffing, contract hiring, permanent recruitment, and project-based resourcing.
- Engage and conduct meetings with C-level executives, HR leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to present staffing capabilities and service offerings.
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts to ensure repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, rate card discussions, and contract negotiations related to staffing and manpower needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT resources aligned with client expectations.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand the company’s reach in the IT staffing ecosystem.
- Stay updated on market trends, technology skills in demand, competitor activities, and emerging hiring patterns within the IT manpower industry.
- Track and report sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development activities to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate IT staffing and manpower solutions.
- Strong capability to engage confidently and professionally with C-level executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and business development targets within IT staffing or manpower outsourcing.
- Fluency in English is essential
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably within IT recruitment or staffing services.
- Female candidates are preferred, in alignment with client requirements and role expectations.
