Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate joinery teams across workshop and site operations
  • Plan daily work, allocate tasks, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate, high-quality production and installation
  • Oversee materials, tools, and machinery (including CNC equipment where applicable)
  • Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients as required

Recruitment Drive Locations & Dates: Cochin, Surat, Delhi & Jalandhar (20th Dec - 27th Dec 2025)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on joinery/carpentry experience
  • Proven Supervisory or lead-hand experience in a joinery manufacturing or interior fit-out environment
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
