Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits to maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Support other warehouse functions and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments and materials.
- 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
