Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Assist in logistics operation in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 

• Check and ensure all inbound shipments are received in the system and stacked at designated storage on time  

• Check and ensure all receiving discrepancies are segregated and updated on time and documents are forward. 

• Monitor entire inventory and batch movement and maintain accuracy between physical and system. 

• Ensure all scheduled orders are fully serviced as per the timeline. 

• Managing and allocate staffs according to the change need. 

• The efficient utilization of space and equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary target and environmental objectives are met. 

• Responding and dealing with all the internal department like, Commerce, retail, procurement, QHSE etc 

• Monitor performance and briefing team leaders on daily basis. 

• Efficient utilization of space and planning for future requirement.  

• Ensure all System related warehousing functions are updated in time. 

• Facilitate Physical Inventory Count, check on deviations in detail and confirm final variation to line manager. 

• To have end to end control on inventory movement and replenishment. 

• Coordinate with concerned inventory team to ensure all returned products are moved and updated in system. 

• Check and ensure all short expiry, damage including quality issue, expired products segregated and actioned on time as per the process. 

• Process, forward and act on various reports, and arrange periodic meeting with team and line manager. 

• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded  

• Maintaining standard of health and safety, hygiene and security in the working environment. 

• Check on QHSE audit report and have periodic meeting with supervisors to ensure compliance. 

Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any office or department.
