Designation :- Warehouse Coordinator

Job Objective :- To ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations through effective coordination of material receipt, storage, documentation, and delivery activities, while maintaining strong communication, system accuracy, and adherence to company policies and HSE standards..

Key Responsibilities/Duties :-

Material Receipt & Verification

• Receive materials in line with PO requirements

• Conduct inspection of materials as per specifications

• Verify materials against CoC and Test Certificates

• Ensure discrepancies are immediately reported and coordinated

Inventory Management & Storage

• Tag materials for proper identification and traceability

• Ensure proper preservation and storage in line with quality and safety standards

• Maintain accurate inventory records aligned with system stock

• Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconciliation

System & Documentation Control

• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP system in a timely manner

• Process delivery notes and return entries in ERP system

• Process Advance Ship Notices in ADNOC SAP Portal

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audit compliance

Delivery Coordination & Planning

• Prepare delivery plans based on customer PO delivery schedules

• Coordinate and secure delivery appointments with customers

• Plan vehicle requirements and ensure timely dispatch of materials

• Ensure proper execution of deliveries as per confirmed appointments

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics)

• Coordinate with external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, freight forwarders)

• Escalate delays, discrepancies, or operational issues in a timely manner

• Ensure alignment between warehouse operations and customer requirements

Compliance & Operational Discipline

• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements

• Ensure timely attendance and proper communication for operational continuity

• Maintain discipline in daily warehouse activities and reporting

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Follow all HSE guidelines and safety protocols

• Promote a safety-first culture within warehouse operations

• Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent incidents

Other Responsibilities

• Support team members and supervisors as required

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
