Warehouse Coordinator

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be resonspble for managing all daily warehouse and sub-store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipment coordination, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

The role supports logistics, administrative activities, and communication between suppliers, internal teams, and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment when required.
• Maintain accurate stock records across warehouse and sub-stores.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and product transfers.
• Update internal teams on shipment timelines and delays.
• Review and manage purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory files, reports, and system data.
• Use WMS and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for tracking and reporting.
• Support order fulfillment and quality control activities.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors, associates, and customer service.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with SOPs, policies, and safety regulations.
