Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of corporate warehouse(s), including receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure timely and accurate material availability to support production and order fulfillment.

Guarantee adherence to GMP, GDP, health authority regulations, and corporate SOPs.

Ensure proper handling, segregation, and documentation for temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and controlled pharmaceutical materials.

Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance analyses.

Lead the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integration with SAP platforms.

Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff and supervisors to maintain high performance and discipline.

Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Design and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage capacity expansion, equipment planning, and capital projects for warehouse upgrades.

Enforce compliance with all workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training programs.

Work closely with Planning, Production, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and Distribution to align warehousing activities with supply chain priorities.

Support internal and external audits, product launches, and change control activities.



  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • 8 10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3 5 years in a managerial role within a pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements, warehouse automation, and cold chain handling.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc).
  • Experience in managing centralized or multi-site warehouses operations is a strong asset.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
