Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of products.

Track inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and conduct periodic stock checks.

Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness.

Assist with administrative tasks and reporting related to warehouse and delivery operations.

Support procurement activities by managing stock replenishment and material planning.

Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues to meet deadlines.

Provide support during events, including logistics, material handling, and coordination.

Assist the manager with any additional requests or tasks as needed.


Desired Candidate Profile

2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Valid UAE driving license (essential).

Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation (POs, invoices).

Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Basic administrative skills and familiarity with MS Office or warehouse management software.

Strong communication skills for coordination with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
