Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to company procedures

Organize warehouse layout and ensure proper storage conditions

Issue goods based on approved invoices and delivery orders

Record all stock movements accurately using ERP system

Perform regular stock counts and assist in periodic full inventory audits

Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately

Supervise loading and unloading activities when required

Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety inside the warehouse

Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams

Desired Candidate Profile

2 5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper / Storekeeper

  • Practical experience in warehouse operations (receiving, issuing, stock taking)
  • Good knowledge of Excel for inventory tracking
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle physical warehouse work when required
  • Commitment, discipline, and integrity
  • Ability to work full-time and on-site
  • Preferably residents of Obour City or nearby areas
  • Experience in import/export or trading companies is an advantage
