Job Description
The Warehouse keeper performs routine duties assigned by immediate supervisor:
Answers telephones, routes call, takes messages and provides general information; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required.
Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to concerned department staff/faculty.
Performs a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a personal computer or draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports and/or other materials.
Photocopies or duplicates materials as requested and oversees day-to-day operations of photocopy machine; may prepare and transmit faxes for the unit.
Maintains and updates files, records, and/or other documents.
Managing and Taking care about the barcode sticker.
Orders, stocks and distributes office supplies.
Responsible to adhere with all information security policies and procedures of the University
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Secondary Education Certificate or Diploma
1-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualification
English speaking course
Communication skills
Basic Computer Skills.
Interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of English
