Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive materials, spare parts, cement additives, fuels, oils, and tools and verify quantities and specifications.
- Arrange and store items properly according to safety and storage standards.
- Issue materials based on approved requests and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based).
- Monitor stock levels and report minimum/critical quantities.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams regarding material needs.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory and reconcile with records.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety inside the warehouse area.
- Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of materials.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
- Comply with HSE rules and batch plant regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in warehouses, preferably in concrete batch plants or construction sites.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and spare parts.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel / inventory systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and in site conditions.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
