Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and clinical teams to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of sensitive and perishable medical items.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions using inventory management systems.
  • Implement and follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or losses to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize heavy items as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or changing priorities.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.
