Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Keeper with a strong background in manufacturing (preferably chemicals) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ensure proper handling and safe storage of chemicals in compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
  • Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure proper labeling, coding, and traceability of all stored materials.
  • Supervise loading/unloading operations, ensuring compliance with handling guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and warehouse performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Chemical industry background is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools (preferably ODOO).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
