Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Keeper to manage warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the proper storage and handling of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in the carton industry and a strong understanding of stock control procedures, particularly in paper roll warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and accessibility of materials.
- Handle paper rolls and other warehouse materials according to company procedures.
- Prepare and process material issuance, transfers, and receiving documentation.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 3 years of experience in the carton industry.
- Previous experience in handling paper roll warehouses is required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
