Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations
- Supervise, mentor, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations
- Maintain accurate records and ERP documentation
- Enforce safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or leadership roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong personality with ability to lead effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
