We are looking for a Warehouse & Loading Supervisor to oversee warehouse loading, unloading, and dispatch operations within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatches, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily loading and unloading activities. Ensure accurate loading of finished products and materials. Verify dispatch quantities against delivery documents. Coordinate vehicle movements and dispatch schedules. Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders. Allocate duties to warehouse and loading staff. Monitor workforce productivity and discipline. Verify delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch records. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams. Maintain proper documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements. Report shortages, damages, and operational issues promptly.
