Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and components.

• Maintain organized storage areas ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Issue parts and consumables to workshop teams as per job requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to prevent shortages.

• Prepare and pack components for dispatch, ensuring proper documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in stock management systems.

• Support workshop operations by ensuring availability of required materials.

• Comply with Sulzer s QHSE policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other duties relevant to the post and deemed reasonable by the Company.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

• Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.

• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.

• Follow risk assessments and safe working practices.

• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department.
