Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Material Requisitions:
- Collaborates with other departments to identify material needs and obtain the required approval on the rig level.
- Process requisitions for materials & services using the company software or forms and clearly identify all respective details (specification description quantity part number supplier) or utilize the available catalogue to allow a prompt sourcing by the procurement support team.
- Monitor the progress of Open Requisitions.
Materials Shipment to and from Shore:
- Ensure a proper and safe packing/securing of shipment is in place, prepare manifest for all equipment, materials and tools dispatched from the rig either by sea or air including the labels and relevant documentation.
- Ensure all hazardous and non-hazardous waste is correctly labelled and packaged prior to shipment ashore.
- Communicate as required with the shore base to allow tracking of shipments (i.e. Manifest copies sent to onshore on Supply vessel departure from location).
- Responsible for tracking any and all equipment sent in for repair, storage or Interfiled Transfer via the Company Offshore Material Transfer procedure.
- Receives & inspects for discrepancies in materials received against delivery notes and outward manifest. Report on the incorrect received items.
- Properly stores & organizes items in designated areas, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Assist in the manifesting and control of client third party equipment as required.
Warehouse Management:
- Secures the warehouse at all times and restrict access to non-authorized personnel.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Implements proper storage systems, labelling, and inventory layout for efficient retrieval and space optimization.
Inventory Control:
- Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment spares, materials and consumables so as to facilitate the continuous operation of the unit.
- Focus on Planning in liaison with departments supervisors in order to minimize urgent orders.
- Perform Cyclical Inventory Test Counts as per Company Procedures.
- Issue End of Month Inventory & Associated reports or other Scheduled Standard Inventory reports as requested by the Rig Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
- Review regularly obsolete and surplus parts and advise shore base accordingly.
- Maintain strict control over the inventory using the company software.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Generates reports on inventory status, material usage, and other warehouse-related metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns.
Desired Candidate Profile
u>Job Requirements:/u>
Education & Experience:
- Minimum education level required: High School or Relevant Diploma.
- Minimum two (2) years of previous experience in warehouse operations, with a reputable drilling contractor of any Oil & Gas related supply company.
Skills/Competencies Required:
- English Reading & writing: intermediate level is preferred.
- PC literate in Microsoft Office.
- Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Performance shaping factors - stress and fatigue.
- Task management & prioritization.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the warehouse.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions and confined spaces.
