Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Control the quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Manage and track inventory in real time using specialized software.
- Coordinate and optimize all storage operations.
- Replenish stock levels as needed.
- Prepare outgoing product orders.
- Receive deliveries of goods and organize storage in warehouses.
- With a background in Food Engineering or equivalent.
- You are familiar with the practice of tests enabling the sensory and regulatory qualification of your developments.
- You enjoy working closely with diverse teams (marketing, production, quality, purchasing, management control) and your interpersonal skills are an asset.
- You are methodical, rigorous, pragmatic in your approach to your projects and their monitoring allows you to be reliable in the analysis of the conclusions you bring to them.
- With a solid experience of at least 5 years in project management related to product range or process development in production, or with a higher education degree (Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5) accompanied by initial experience of at least 3 years in a similar or responsible position, ideally acquired in the processing of meat or cured meats.
