Roles & Responsibilities

  • Control the quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Manage and track inventory in real time using specialized software.
  • Coordinate and optimize all storage operations.
  • Replenish stock levels as needed.
  • Prepare outgoing product orders.
  • Receive deliveries of goods and organize storage in warehouses.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • With a background in Food Engineering or equivalent.
  • You are attracted to product development and process work, and you know how to be creative and proactive.
  • You are familiar with the practice of tests enabling the sensory and regulatory qualification of your developments.
  • You enjoy working closely with diverse teams (marketing, production, quality, purchasing, management control) and your interpersonal skills are an asset.
  • You are methodical, rigorous, pragmatic in your approach to your projects and their monitoring allows you to be reliable in the analysis of the conclusions you bring to them.
  • With a solid experience of at least 5 years in project management related to product range development or production processes, or with a higher education degree (Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5) accompanied by initial experience of at least 3 years in a similar or responsible position, ideally acquired in the processing of meats or cured meats.
