Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of Food & Beverage products.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Utilize ERP systems like Odoo and SAP to manage and streamline daily warehouse operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and distribution best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems Odoo and SAP to optimize operational workflows.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage operational challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with the ability to adopt new industry trends and technologies to support the company s long-term growth and operational excellence.
