Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Restructure and optimize overall warehouse operations, defining clear objectives for each sub-department.
Supervise warehouse staff and provide strong leadership to improve productivity and accountability.
Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP.
Implement and strictly maintain FIFO procedures.
Maintain proper stock segregation and ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and well-maintained.
Develop and enforce SOPs to enhance efficiency and workflow.
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize discrepancies and shrinkage.
Ensure timely receiving, storage and dispatch to retail outlets and customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, electronics or mobile spare parts.
Hands-on experience in SAP (warehouse/inventory modules preferred).
Sound knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
