Operational Excellence

• Manage end-to-end warehousing of all furnishing SKUs including indoor & outdoor furniture, curtains, rugs, blinds, chandeliers, etc.

• Own inbound, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch operations with strong SLA adherence.

• Design and continuously optimize warehouse layouts, slotting logic, and space utilization.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through robust cycle counts, audits, and root cause analysis.

Technology & Analytics

• Act as business owner for Infor WMS usage and adoption across warehouses. Identify opportunities for automation.

• Ensure real-time visibility and control of inventory through WMS dashboards and reports.

• Track and improve KPIs such as:

  • Pick & put-away accuracy

  • Dock-to-stock cycle time

  • Order fill rate

  • Inventory ageing & slow movers

  • WH Space utilization and costing

Cost Control & Productivity

• Drive warehouse cost optimization (cost per CBM, cost per order line).

• Optimize manpower planning, overtime, equipment utilization, and third-party contracts.

• Implement lean warehousing practices to improve labor productivity and reduce turnaround times.

 Inventory & CX Enablement

• Highlight ageing inventory and collaborate with Category & Commercial teams on clearance strategies.

• Minimize damages, mis-picks, and delivery rejections impacting customer experience.

• Ensure seamless handover to delivery & distribution teams.

People Leadership

• Lead large warehouse teams and supervisors with strong discipline and ownership culture.

• Identify TNAs & Coordinate training, enforce SOPs, and ensure safety & compliance.

• Build second-line leadership and reduce dependency on individuals, create & drive SOPs
