Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.

Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability.

Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of products, adhering to occupational safety and environmental regulations.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated technologies to track inventory movements and enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to schedule shipments, manage inbound and outbound deliveries, and resolve any logistical challenges.

Analyze warehouse performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse facility.

Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
