Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  • Monitor and enforce safety, security, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Implement and maintain proper storage procedures (FIFO / FEFO).
  • Coordinate with purchasing and restaurant operations to meet supply needs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory and warehouse performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the F&B ( International restaurants) is must.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Experience handling food products and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) is required.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
