Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all daily DC operations.
- Analysis and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, IR.
- Ensure achievement of operational and service KPIs.
- Control inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage the DC budget and control operational costs ( manpower, materials, ets..)
- Coordinate with transportation, stores ops, commercial, finance, Hr.
- Prepare and present operational reports to director weekly ( ops performance, inventory, ets..)
- Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
