Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive finished products, verify quantities against Odoo transactions, and organize items on warehouse shelves.
Pick, pack, and prepare Shopify online orders accurately and within dispatch timelines.
Execute daily replenishment for branches and bazaars based on sales and stock levels.
Receive raw materials and coordinate sending them to the factory when required.
Record all stock movements accurately on Odoo (receipts, transfers, deliveries).
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of fashion items (by style, size, and color).
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous warehouse experience in fashion or apparel retail is preferred.
Good working knowledge of Odoo (Inventory / Stock module).
Good understanding of Shopify order processing and fulfillment.
Strong attention to detail, especially with sizes, colors, and SKUs.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving retail environment.
Basic computer skills and operational discipline.I
