Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management: Conducting regular stock counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, following up on replenishment requests, and ensuring proper labelling and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, issuance to production, and dispatch to customers in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Maximize space utilization in the warehouse and be responsible for maintaining 5S in the warehouse areas along with good warehousing practices.
  • Coordinate with logistics service providers to transport goods and resolve logistical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with the local and company standards.
  • Provide timely reports on warehouse operation and inventory status.
  • Ensure timely entries in the ERP system.
  • Follow FIFO or FEFO and highlight non-moving inventory

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: A degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the flavor, fragrance, or food industries.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

A proactive and hands-on approach to work.

October / Zayed Residents are preferred.
