Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse that includes receiving, shipping and issuing operations.
Maintain, develop and update SOP procedures.
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
Maintained cleanliness and organization of storage areas to comply with GMP standards.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of FG & RM
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Maintaining documentation and keeping records of warehouse activities
Planning future RM requirements.
Creating PGI, GRN, PR, Invoice Generation, Stock Transfer and Material posting in SAP
Ensuring safety of workers and conducted regular inspections and necessary repairs.
Supervised a team of 15 warehouse workers and providing training.
Monitoring Inventory levels of both RM & FG
Follow with vendor for supply related quires & invoice related quires.
Conducted regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product integrity.
Responsible to maintain MSL (minimum stock level) against day wise production plan.
Worked with SAP, MS-Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks.
