Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities in Jordan. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational excellence across all processes. The coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch, while ensuring accurate tracking and proper documentation.

The role also involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and external partners, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies promptly. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations and the preparation of periodic reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Engineering is not mandatory)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior exposure to warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to operate efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms is a plus
