Roles & Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance targets
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and equipment status

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and freight forwarding
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations


Location: Jafza, Dubai
