Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution across all departments.
- Supervise stock and inventory operations to ensure accurate records and optimal stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Optimize supply chain performance, cost control, and supplier coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar Operations Management position.
Warehouse operations experience in Fashion brands / Textile is a must.
Solid background in inventory management, logistics, shipments, and supply chain operations.br>
