Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize and improve operational efficiency for streamlined workflows.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock , and reconciliation, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.

  • Manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment to promote productivity.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and minimize workplace accidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Possesses at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
