Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and organize products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and label products efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- 1-5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
- Ability to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 25 kg as required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and reporting.
