Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a 3PL Warehouse Quality Officer, you will be responsible for upholding and enhancing quality standards across our 3PL operations. Your role will involve working closely with various teams and departments to identify areas of improvement, develop solutions, and implement change initiatives. You will also be involved in data analysis, document management, and supporting senior colleagues in client relationship management./p>

  • Work within established audit control systems to deliver specified outcomes or provide general support.
  • Identify compliance process shortcomings and develop ad-hoc solutions for assigned units or disciplines.
  • Assist management in implementing quality assurance changes and continuous operational improvements.
  • Analyze data using preset tools and formats, and work independently on various tasks.
  • Produce, update, and provide best practice support for Microsoft documents and departmental systems.
  • Help senior colleagues manage client relationships using relevant sales and client systems.
  • Create and maintain a local document management system for efficient record-keeping.
  • Utilize knowledge management systems to access specific information as needed.
  • Support project management activities and ensure established procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve specified goals and maintain high quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field./p>

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and knowledge management platforms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required.
