Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
  • Coordinate with other departments (production, purchasing, sales) to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse layout and organization based on best practices.
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems and ERP software for accurate data recording and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or medical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
