Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Analyze workflow, identify areas for process improvement, and implement best practices for warehouse efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and key operational metrics.
Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling systems.
Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to meet fluctuating operational demands.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance warehouse operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse process optimization.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
Strong experience working with ERP systems (preferred: ALFA)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and quality assurance.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from operational data.
Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing operational needs.
