Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments and inventory.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and administrative teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or damaged goods to management.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under a permanent arrangement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly workplace.
