Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

a. Maintain smooth coordination with other storekeepers, end-user focal points, and other supply organization personnel.

b. Work with Supervisors closely to update statistics daily and ensure smooth operation and uniform policy & procedure implementation.

c. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions posted in the system.

d. Ensure safe material handling and good housekeeping in the respective work environments.

e. Ensure all works performed within warehouse premises are executed per JSA, meeting all work management requirements. Those who can join immediately should apply.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Warehouse Management, out of which a minimum of 2 Years in the Oil and Gas Sector warehouse is required. Higher national diploma (HND) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized professional institution or Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or an equivalent Educational Qualification. Experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers, and contractors in the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member. Good adaptability to multinational environments, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs. IMDG Certificate
