Key Responsibilities

• Job Summary:
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Inventory Executive / Inventory Controller with strong hands-on experience in Excel, Advanced Excel, and Power BI to manage and control inventory across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a large number of SKUs, maintaining accurate stock records, and generating data-driven inventory reports to support operational and management decisions.
  Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor warehouse inventory across multiple branches and locations
  Handle large volumes of SKUs with precise item-wise tracking
  Maintain accurate records of GRN, stock transfers, adjustments, and returns
  Conduct regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts
  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports
  Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory items
  Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and sales teams for stock planning and replenishment
  Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve variances
  Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward stock movements
  Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data
  Maintain SKU master database and update product information
  Excel, Power BI & Reporting Requirements:
  Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  Advanced Excel skills required: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, advanced formulas, and data validation
  Analyze large datasets for stock trends, forecasting, and performance tracking
  Generate branch-wise and SKU-wise analytical reports
  

• Required Skills: Strong analytical and numerical ability High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage and interpret large data sets Good coordination and communication skills Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage Preferred

• Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse inventory / stock control / supply chain reporting roles.
