Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Implement inventory control measures, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing diverse teams, demonstrating strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
