Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching.

- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.

- Use ERP systems and Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for inventory and performance reporting.

- Lead and train warehouse staff while ensuring safety and efficiency.

- Coordinate with logistics for timely transportation and delivery of goods.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of warehouse supervision experience (preferably in retail).

- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of warehouse safety and transport logistics.
