Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counts, and documentation.

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing.

• Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs, HSE standards, and housekeeping requirements.

• Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and maintain work discipline.

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for seamless operations.

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

• Ensure all material handling equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
