Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent loss.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to optimize productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in warehouse operations.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution center, showcasing progressive responsibility.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or OSHA Safety Certification are advantageous.
  • Experience in managing a team, reflecting strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate staff effectively.
