Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of solar energy products and materials.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Oversee the loading, unloading, and proper handling of goods to minimize damage and loss.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate operational reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all warehouse activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and lead by example.
