Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, or delays, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
