ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage a team while driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control. Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams. Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management review. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Forklift certification is a plus.
