Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Implement inventory control measures, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, Forklift Operator, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams, demonstrating strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
