Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Line Manager with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis, while initiating corrective actions as needed.

Optimize warehouse layout and design to maximize efficiency and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

Ensure the physical stock levels match the recorded inventory in Odoo with no variances by physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems.

Assist the Line Manager in maintaining a strategic plan that ensures continuous and stable operations for all warehouses in Nakheel.

Provide clear directions to the warehouse staff by workforce scheduling, task assignments and performance monitoring to enhance productivity and ensure proper execution of daily tasks.

Ensure that all warehouses comply with asset inventory, QC, HSE and internal policies aiming for meeting necessary standards for Audit, ISO and other relevant industry certifications.

Implement a centralized warehouse system by consolidating all storage locations to optimize warehouse operations efficiency and reduce cost.

Review invoices, ensuring timely submission for payment processing and timely transportation of goods.

Analyze workflow procedures, processes and safety programs and recommend improvements for storage optimization.

Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and logistics partners.

Work closely with other concerned departments to enhance proprietary warehouse tools and systems.

Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 6 Years of experience in the field.
